What is ʻŌlauniu?ʻŌlauniu is a Kamehameha Schools redevelopment and renovation project of the former Dillingham Plaza in Kapālama Kai. ʻŌlauniu will be a creative industries hub, where Indigenous film, audio, visual arts, and storytelling converge to foster a dynamic community of ʻōiwi voices. Retail offerings and gathering spaces will complete the hub with opportunities for shopping and community events.

What is the project timeline and what is open during construction?Construction will be phased, with the full project set to open in 2027. Foodland, Office Depot, and Hele Gas will remain open at this time, with ample parking available.
